I wish I had some video from my work with King yesterday for comparison. Today it took half an hour of us both working him in the pasture to catch him, but after that he started about where I stopped yesterday. Which is to say no striking or rearing, and only a little bit of stamping his hind feet at the flag. It’s evident here how defensive he is of his right shoulder. Yesterday he would strike at me when I asked him to yield on that side. Today his resistance is a lot less violent.
